Who we are
Colorado Springs Home Pros is a co-operative direct mail service operated by Big Sky Automation in Colorado Springs, Colorado. You can reach us at 719-249-0470 or info@bigskyautomation.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. That happens in three ways:
- Advertising enquiries. If you contact us about a slot on the card, or submit a form through a Facebook or Instagram ad, we receive your name, business name, phone number, email address, trade and the areas you want to work in.
- Phone and email. If you call, text or email us, we keep a record of that conversation and your contact details.
- Spotlight interviews. If you take part in an interview for our blog, we keep what you tell us for the purpose of publishing the feature, which you review before it goes live.
This website does not run advertising trackers, and we do not collect payment details through it.
How we use it
- To tell you whether your category is open and to quote a rate
- To design, proof and print your panel on the mailer
- To contact you about your campaign while it is running
- To publish a Spotlight feature, where you have taken part in one
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not share it with the other businesses on the card, and we do not use it to market anything unrelated to this service.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, including our customer relationship software, our email provider, and the printer and mailing house that produce and deliver the card. They only receive what they need to do their part of the job.
If you contact us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta collects that information as well, under Meta's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct your information, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email info@bigskyautomation.com or call 719-249-0470 and we will take care of it. If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you rights to access, correct and delete your personal data, and we honour those requests.
Children
This is a service for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
